So I’m two months behind in getting this website online, but that’s mostly because I originally hand-coded this site, and being a bit of a perfectionist, couldn’t get it just right. After taking over a month off, I finally threw my hands in the air, and decided to use GoDaddy’s native engine. While I’m having to redesign the whole site, I think this is going to be a lot easier to maintain in the long run. As a bonus, I think the whole team will be far more likely to update their own material on site, which means we’ll be building a nice library of quality third-party material for use to use at your game table. Of course, we’ll also be featuring our campers’ material, be it new spells, special locations, monsters, NPCs, new gear, or other fun and useful items.
As I get all of this material added to the site, I’ll likely redesign the home page to make navigating our content a lot easier. For now, however, I’m going to keep it simple, clean, and elegant (you know, the way lazy – namely me – amateur web designers intended it).
